Caliber Collision

I took my SUV to Caliber Collision on North Mattis in Champaign to be repaired after a large tree limb broken the rear window and damaged the window frame. During the whole process the people at Caliber Collision did a fantastic job of repairing my vehicle and keeping me informed. What a delight to have a real human being answer the phone when I would call for an update. I can't recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and its manager! I brought my car in because my license plate light screws were completely rusted solid and stripped out, making it impossible for me to change the bulbs myself. Instead of turning me away, the manager took the time to look at it, found a clever workaround by accessing the bulbs from behind the trunk liner, and changed them out for me on the spot. He even gave me great, honest advice on how to handle the assembly in the future. It is incredibly rare to find this level of kindness, honesty, and genuine customer care these days. If they treat a walk-in with a minor issue this well, I know they handle major repairs very well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy local shop!

I had a great experience with Caliber. Jeremy was very easy to talk to and was able to break everything down so I could easily understand what was happening. The timeline provided was accurate and my car came back looking better than when I bought it. Also really appreciate Tara’s professionalism anytime I called or stopped in.

They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made everything stress-free. The quality of work was top notch, my car looks brand new again. I was impressed with the paint match it is flawless. They clearly take pride in what they do. I would recommend calibrer collision to anyone needing body work.

I damaged my truck with a large piece of machinery, and Caliber Collision restored it quickly and to like-new condition. When I say “like new,” I truly mean it—no missing clips, no loose trim, and no small details overlooked, which unfortunately can happen elsewhere. They also have an impressive facility equipped with the latest technology, which gives me confidence no matter what vehicle I bring in. I highly recommend them for quality work and professionalism.
